So lets look at 5 steps you can take to become that person.
STEP 1 : EMBRACE FAILURE
If there is one thing that you should master, its embracing failure. Failure is the evil that tries to tell you that you can’t succeed. It tries to tell you that your dreams and hopes are worthless. But do not fall into this trap.
You will never become the best you if you do not embrace failure. Embrace it!
Use it as the fuel to spark you into that next gear. Use failure as your breakthrough. Make failure your friend.

STEP 2 : FORGET ABOUT MOTIVATION! SELF DISCIPLINE IS KEY
Motivation is needed. All of us need motivation. In some shape or form. But here’s the thing. Motivation is only temporary.
You might be motivated by an inspirational video you watched on YouTube or you might be motivated by an awe inspiring speech you heard a few days ago. Whatever it is, it will not last long.
Your motivation will eventually die out. And that’s where self discipline comes in.
Self discipline forces you to remain focused. It pressures you into facing difficulties even though they are unbearable. Self discipline enables you to achieve the impossible. If you have self discipline, you can achieve anything!
STEP 3: CHANGE YOUR MINDSET! CHANGE YOUR THOUGHTS
Your thoughts are so so powerful. Many live a life that they are not proud of because they do not have the right thoughts, nor do they have the right mindset.
I believe in mind over matter. It is the key to success but many do not take advantage of the super power they posses.
Your mind knows everything about you. Your deepest secrets. Your Insecurities and short comings. Your mind forces you to quit when things aren’t going your way. It starts playing the excuses card. It likes being in control. Its thrives comfortability.
But you have the power. You control your mind. You control your thoughts. Whenever your mind tells you to give up you say “ Not Yet!”.
If you can control the power your mind has over you, then their is absolutely no limitations to what you can achieve.

STEP 4: DO NOT BE AFRAID OF SETTING BIG GOALS
Anyone that does not have goals set for themselves will not live a fulfilling life. You have to know where your life is heading. You do not want to run around like a headless chicken with no aspirations or purpose.
Setting goals allows you to measure yourself and how your life is progressing. When setting goals we often set goals that are too easy to achieve. It’s time we set goals that are so big, it makes us feel scared. The bigger the goal the more satisfying it is when you eventually reach them.
Write them down and look at them every single day. Let it be a reminder to you as to what can be done.
Setting goals helps keep us accountable but it enables us to do things we never thought possible.
It serves as a platform which we can use to build a meaningful and prosperous life.
